TBW Health Services LLC is an authorized provider for Red Cross Instruction and Certification.

Shane O'Donnell completed his current Red Cross Instructor training in May, 2025 and is authorized to teach Adult First Aid/CPR/AED-r.21 and issue completion certificates. This class satisfies the CPR training and certification requirement for massage therapy initial licensure and renewal in Pennsylvania.
